GAC 2024 Conference Coverage

Each year, more than 6,000 credit union industry leaders join forces in Washington, D.C. for the Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC), the credit union movement’s premiere advocacy event. Highlights from the 2024 conference included keynote presentations from former British Prime Minister Theresa May, Olympic gold medalist Shaun White, actor-humanitarian Gary Sinise, and change agent Cassandra Worthy.
I traveled to Washington, D.C. and collaborated with dozens of my America’s Credit Unions colleagues to conduct and cover the event. I recorded and edited numerous interviews with conference keynoters, vendors, and attendees, in order to produce video segments and podcast episodes that included our coverage. I also managed content on the GAC portal page, showcasing highlights from the event.
